How we work
Five steps, the same on every project. Here’s what happens at each one, what you get out of it, and where the AI agents are and aren’t involved.
- 01
Brief
A call with an engineer, not a salesperson. We ask what you’re trying to achieve, what’s already in place and what “done” looks like to you. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so on this call.
- 02
Plan
You get a written plan: proposed architecture, the work broken into stages, an estimate, and the risks we can see. If part of your idea shouldn’t be built yet, we say it here, not after the invoice. You can also book this step on its own as a two-week sprint.
- 03
Build
This is where the agents work. They write implementation code, tests and documentation under an engineer’s direction. You get access to the repository from day one and a working demo at regular intervals, not a status report.
- 04
Review
Every change, whether written by a person or an agent, is read and approved by an engineer on your project before it’s merged. Automated checks run too, but they don’t replace the human review.
- 05
Release and support
We deploy, monitor and stay. The same people who built the system handle bugs, changes and the next features, so nothing has to be explained twice.
What you can count on
A few things that don’t change from project to project.
One lead engineer
You talk to the person making the technical decisions. No account manager relaying messages.
Your code, your repository
The code lives in a repository you own from the first commit. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.
Overlap with US time zones
Teams in the UK and Ukraine mean working hours that overlap with the US East Coast every day.

Send a few lines about it. The first call is with an engineer.
